Foam Boosting and Stabilizing Agent for Use in Manufacture of Foam Rubber
FOAM STABILISER-DSN is a foam boosting and stabilizing agent used in the rubber industry for the manufacture of foam rubber. The action of FOAM STABILISER-DSN is to preserve the air cells in the rubber without any collapse and it is added directly to the rubber mix containing rubber latex, fillers, etc. in order to produce an even and stable runner foam before setting.
METHOD OF APPPLICATION
FOAM STABILISER-DSN is used along with Potassium Oleate Soap and the relative concentrations of soap and FOAM STABILISER-DSN should be adjusted so that the correct setting time is obtained.
